Overview
Positions are currently available in U.K. Collect Kit group located at the Shaws Cove, New London office.
This position is responsible for the development of U.K. DREADKNAUGHT class Conditions of Supply (COS) and the continued maintenance for all CMC class file product structures.
In this unique and highly collaborative role, you will develop and maintain industry-leading work instructions using data compiled from Design, Engineering, Program Office, Design-Build-Sustain (DBS), and Operations to illustrate buildable portions of a submarine. Position will include continued process refinement to ensure COS accuracy and change incorporation efficiency; ensuring our customers receive high-quality and executable products on time or ahead of schedule.
You will also interface frequently with many different organizations throughout Electric Boat and with our U.K counterparts from Barrow Aerospace Engineering (BAE), while professionally representing the Planning organization and Electric Boat.

- Development of DREADKNAUGHT class CMC change
- Development and maintenance of DREADKNAUGHT class Condition of Supply document for customer

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, transportation or equivalent environment
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Vocational, Technical and Community Colleges or Apprentice programs
- Experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) - Electronic Desktop or equivalent
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Teamcenter or equivalent
- Experience with Planning Change Management (PCM) or equivalent
- Working knowledge of part product structuring
