Job Description:
The Business Administrator/On-Site Digitization Team Production Lead provides support in accordance with established organization/office policies, regulations, and procedures. The Business Administrator/On-Site Document Team Production Lead directs and oversees the production /digital processing of a document archive and the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of tasks. The Business Administrator/On-Site Document Team Production Lead establishes and maintains effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders of the offices both internally and externally.
Tasks
- Serve as a team lead/production manager for entry-level and Intermediate-level administrative assistants performing document digitization processes.
- Assist the Program Manager on tasks as assigned
- Ensure team members are properly trained and executing tasks
- Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirements SOPs, training plans, and other documentation
- Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actions
- Participate in planning sessions, team meetings, and other customer and internal GDIT sessions
- Ensure team member compliance with GDIT training and time accounting requirements
- Participates in special projects as required

- Knowledge of Records management
- Experience working with Govt. customers and team members at multiple organizational levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
- Skill to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatility

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
