Description: P54 Program Finance Specialist

About the role:

Functional responsibility within the US Operations Finance organization supporting Stryker Vehicles and the Customer Support Organization to include the following:
  • Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis and cost impacts
  • Prepare monthly forecasts of orders, sales, earnings, and cash
  • Consolidate and report financial information
  • Budget preparation and analysis
  • Support internal and external financial deliverables
  • Develop Estimates at Completion with identification of program opportunities and risks
  • Support program team by supplying financial information, analysis, and recommendations


Hybrid or Onsite:
  • Onsite - In the office daily. 9/80 work schedule

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, clear oral and written communication ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, FAR preferred
