Position Summary
As a Workshop / Cabin Installation Technician, you will play a key role in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality aircraft cabin furniture. Working in our workshops or directly on aircraft, you will ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Your mission
- Work as part of a dynamic team of up to 10 people
- Manufacture or install high-quality interior cabin furniture for aircraft
- Follow Jet Aviation Basel procedures and standards to meet our quality requirements
- Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work
- Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth progress
- Perform tasks according to project documentation and defined processes
- Support project execution in line with schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to solve challenges, propose improvements, and support product development/prototyping
- Ensure proper traceability of your work and tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
- Keep your team lead updated on progress and any issues that may arise
- Perform other duties as required to support the project

Your profile
- Previous experience as a Workshop Technician or equivalent
- Solid technical knowledge and practical skills
- Intermediate English (B1 minimum) - must be able to read and understand engineering data and manuals. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
- Familiarity with aviation authority procedures (FOCA, EASA, FAA, etc.) is desirable
